I once played beach volleyball at a works outing (to the beach, obviously). I sprained my ankle after 30 seconds but played on so as not to lose face etc. Four hours and several games later, the size of my ankle would have made the Elephant Man wince. I actually had to take the scissors to my plimsolls to get them off. <BR/><BR/>Watching this just makes all those painful memories come back.
